Michelle provides oversight over the daily operations of the program, including budget management, personnel supervision, and program development. Michelle’s background and experience include ten years as a Corrections Officer at the Minnesota Department of Corrections-Shakopee, and various positions including program management at Wayside Family Treatment. Michelle studied Human Services Administration at Metropolitan State University.
